Shipping & Delivery: All orders are packaged and shipped by hand from our home. Most orders will ship via the United States Postal Service. At most delivery should take 7-10 business days from the day we ship your order.
Privacy & Security: Currently, we don't accept credit cards directly because we do not have an SSL certificate that passes browser validation. So, all payments can be sent via Check, Money Order, or PayPal Express Checkout. Which is one of the most secure ways to pay online.
Returns & Replacements: There are absolutely no returns except for a replacement of the item ordered. If your order is damaged upon receipt we'd appreciate a photograph and an email. Contact us and we'll work out the details with you.
Ordering: Ordering online is simple and fast. You can even make large orders through our online store. However, if you intend to be placing an order greater than $1,000 we would appreciate it if you notify us of your intent via the sales (at) headypeddler (dot) com email address so we can provide you a more personal shopping experience.
